Kelli Cole CHHP, CHC
I’m Kelli Cole, a holistic health educator and coach who helps people better understand the everyday factors that can influence how they feel—from nutrition, sleep and stress to movement, hydration, circadian rhythm and other lifestyle habits.
Many of my clients come to me because something has changed. They may be experiencing weight gain, low energy, blood sugar concerns, elevated cholesterol or blood pressure, poor sleep, chronic stress, perimenopause, or simply feel that the strategies that worked when they were younger aren’t working anymore.
Others are already working with a healthcare provider or participating in a medical weight-management or GLP-1 program and want additional education, lifestyle guidance and accountability to support their goals.
My interest in holistic and metabolic wellness is deeply personal. I experienced significant health challenges of my own and began studying the relationships between nutrition, lifestyle and overall wellness. The changes I made had a profound impact on my own health and ultimately led me to pursue professional education in holistic health and natural wellness.
Today, I use that education and personal experience to help others become more informed and intentional about their own health.
At Circadia Holistic | Kelli Cole Coaching, the goal isn’t to diagnose or treat disease. It’s to help you understand your health from a broader perspective and identify practical lifestyle changes that support your individual wellness goals.
Depending on your needs, our work may include education and coaching around nutrition, healthy weight, metabolic wellness, blood sugar support, perimenopause, sleep, stress, movement, hydration, circadian habits and other foundational areas of health.
I also welcome referrals from massage therapists, chiropractors, personal trainers, Pilates and fitness professionals, therapists and counselors, estheticians, med spas, wellness centers, women’s wellness professionals, corporate wellness programs, naturopathic practitioners and medical weight-management providers whose clients would benefit from additional lifestyle education and support.
My role is complementary. I do not diagnose disease, prescribe medications, alter medical treatment or replace the care of a licensed medical provider.
The mission is simple: help people better understand their bodies, make informed lifestyle choices, and build habits that support long-term health and well-being.
